1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • You can track your order through our website or directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside of India. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. LeozeX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products, due to their nature or size, may have specific shipping restrictions, and this will be noted in the product description.

6. Damages

LeozeX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LeozeX Return Policy

At LeozeX, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure that you receive only the best. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our return policy below to understand how we handle returns in the rare case that you receive a damaged or leaking bottle.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Leaking Bottles: Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is damaged or leaking. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.

2. Return Conditions

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return, you must make an unboxing video of the product as you open the package. This video must clearly show the condition of the product and any damages or leaks. The video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.

  • Timeframe for Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or leaking bottle, you must email us within 2 days after the delivery date. Your email should include the unboxing video as an attachment or a link, along with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 2 days of receiving your order, including your unboxing video, order number, and a description of the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, our team will review the video and your claim. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Shipping the Return: If instructed to return the product, you will need to send it back to us in its original packaging. Please follow the instructions provided in our return authorization email.

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Refunds will be processed in your account within 4-7 business days.

  • Replacements: If you prefer, we can replace the damaged or leaking product with a new one, subject to availability. The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost once we have received and verified the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without an unboxing video or those reported after 2 days of delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
